Advertisements are slowly but surely driving us mad, well me anyway. They generate revenue but due to the lack of governing around advertisement policies companies are advertsing in anyway possible. These adverts lead to a slow and non user friendly interface. These advertisements come with tracking cookies which enable them to target you with more annoying advertisments based on the sites you visit. These tracking cookies can be damaging to your computer which run in the background ensuring you never know they exist. This leads to slow loading, high CPU usage and a breech of data security, one of the laptops recently serviced had a key logger which I traced back to India. This tiny appliation is used to send your personal details and credit card information without you ever knowing.
